We begin the massage at the neck. The lymph system brings fluid back to the blood circulation at the neck. This massage helps lymph fluid drain back into your blood

Beginning at the neck, place the flats of the 2nd and 3rd fingers just above the collarbone on either side of your neck. Do a shoulder shrug up and feel the dip in the skin; this is the correct position. Massage down and in towards the collarbone. Stretch the skin as far as it naturally goes and release. This will resemble a "j" If it is more comfortable for you, you can do this technique with one hand.....both hands together........ or both hands crossed The information within this video is not intended to replace any advice provided to you by your health care team.
